Editorial policy
Every archived article on eHázmester stays as it was published. We clean out navigation clutter and ad blocks, but the words remain unchanged. That approach keeps the record intact.
New guides appear when a topic deserves a fresh look or when readers ask the same question twice. We write them from scratch, drawing on the themes already in the archive. No invented product launches. No fake interviews. Just another angle on boiler maintenance, tenant law, or damp-proofing.
Clarity wins every time. A sentence that takes three reads to parse is a sentence we rewrite. If jargon slips in, we explain it the way you would across a kitchen table.
Usefulness means the piece answers a question you actually typed into a search box. It also means we skip the preamble. The first paragraph tells you whether you are in the right place.
Topical consistency means sticking to property management and home maintenance. We do not drift into unrelated lifestyle trends or chase traffic with topics that have nothing to do with keeping a building running.
Clickbait does not appear in our titles. No countdowns. No "you won't believe" promises. A title names the subject and the benefit, then steps aside.
When something in the archive becomes outdated, we write a new guide rather than editing the old post into something it never was. Readers who land on the older piece see a note pointing them forward.
Sources are named when we cite them. If we lack a hard number or a direct quote, we write the claim plainly and move on. We do not invent authority to dress up a paragraph.
This policy applies to every page that carries the eHázmester name. It is the same standard whether the article went live last year or last week.
